CENTURY 21 Grande Prairie Realty Inc has been a presence at the annual Grande Prairie Home Show since 1996. Listed properties are on display and Realtors speak with interested passers-by, answering questions about listed properties and current market conditions.

Home Buyer's Seminar

The Home Buyers’ Seminar is an annual event which CENTURY 21 Grande Prairie Realty Inc has held every spring since 1997. Speakers include Cheryl Schindel from Century 21 Grande Prairie Realty Inc, Lyle Carlstrom, lawyer with Kay McVey Smith & Carlstrom and a local mortgage broker.

Valuable information about property sale transactions is provided by each speaker, followed by a question and answer period. Information packages are supplied to those in attendance.

Client BBQ

Every June, CENTURY 21 clients and their families are treated to an afternoon at Muskoseepi Park with burgers and hotdogs hot off the BBQ. Children enjoy the bouncy toys, face painting, soccer, bubble making, a clown and balloons while their parents relax and enjoy the surroundings.
